Bayfield Mortgage Professionals (formally
Bayfield Investment Services) was established in 1982 in
Langley, B.C. Over the past 25 years, it has built a
solid reputation both on the public stage and within the
financial community.
The early years were devoted to building
a solid foundation in private lending. Our first
Mortgage Investment Corp. (MIC) was launched in 1984
with $80,000 in capital and has since grown to a total
of 6 MIC’s with assets in excess of 25 million.
From our roots in Langley City we have
expanded our service area to include all of British
Columbia and Alberta. Since the early 90’s we have
excelled in establishing a full broker service. Today
we are rated by the real estate industry and financial
institutions as being amongst the top broker firms in
the industry.
